How to Melt for Fondue:
– Put the cheese mix into a fondue pot over medium heat
– Stir continually
– Add 1/4 cup of Lebanese Vegan White Wine or water gradually
– Keep mixing until desired consistency is reached
– To serve, keep it heated over a candle.
How to melt for anything else:
You can either cut the Vegan Cheese into slices and put in the sandwich or on the pasta, or you can melt it in a pot with or without added water (depending on your preferred thickness) and then pour it on top of the Pizza or Nacho Chips…
